Outpatient Mental Health — supporting healing, growth, and authentic living.

About me
More than a decade walking alongside clients in Oregon.
For more than 10 years I have supported clients in Eugene, Oregon (and broader areas in Oregon with Telehealth services) who are healing from trauma, tending to their grief and loss, and helping to reduce their anxiety and depression. I integrate evidence-based practices with an understanding of neurobiology and the essential connection between mind and body. When these systems work together, we move through life with greater clarity and authenticity.
My clinical areas of interest include recovery from trauma, support with grief and bereavement, tending to and healing our central nervous systems through somatic/neurobiology-based interventions, and creating healthy relationships with self and others.

Beyond the office
A curious heart.
I am a curious person at heart and love to explore. I bring this lens to my role as a therapist. In my personal life, I especially enjoy traveling, hiking or simply spending time outdoors. I am a gardener and adore growing my own veggies and flowers. I love to read (mostly fantasy fiction), but my true passion is creating visual art in a variety of ways, including painting, mosaic, and crafting.
Play is central to healing – and I aim to embody this in my life beyond my work as a therapist.
